Boston Baked Beans
All I can say is WOW. I despise beans and I think this is LOVELY. My dad says it reminds him of when he was a kid and the 'old church ladies' use to make really good beans. Which is a huge compliment.. I'm forced to make this at least once a week! Definitely worth a try, you won't be disappointed!

Best Ever Brisket
Instead of the full tablespoon of salt I used half of that, and then used 2 cups of broth instead and my family loved this. I didn't even wipe the spices off the surface or anything before serving. I commented to my dad about how some people didn't like that, and he looked at me like he'd skin me alive if I even thought of doing that! So apparently he really liked the flavors on the top.. my family was fighting to get those 'good pieces'. Needless to say, this brisket didn't last long at the table, lol.

Peanut Butter Bars I
I didn't have the chocolate chips but I did have some unsweetened chocolate. I used the equal amount of that (with a TON of added sugar to make it sweet) and ended up with it thick instead of runny but I put it over the mixture like frosting.. and despite that, this was still the best bars EVER!! I cannot wait to go to the store and get proper chips for this! I could have eaten the 'crust' all by itself!
