Turkey Bake with Whole Wheat Pasta
will added sauteed veggies next time (zuccini, onion, etc.), needs more tomato sauce, too

Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus
Great base for a dip & sandwich spread, although I wouln't exactly call it hummus. I liked the curry, but i'll probably skip it next time and go for more traditional hummus flavors (more garlic, lemon, cilantro, etc...)

Vegetarian Lime Orzo
Watch out for burning the orzo! Mine cooked very fast on a gas stove, even though it was turned down. Still, it was a great vegetarian recipe. I added a little extra garlic and lime juice for extra taste.
