Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting
easy to make - didn't have any cocunut flavoring so I just used about 2 cups of coconut (did not do any toasted). Very tasty. And oddly not too sweet.

Tiramisu II
Absolutely delicious!! and really not too hard to make. I used a springform pan to get it to look like the picture - presentation was beautiful. I did lightly brush the interior of the vertical ladyfingers with the coffeemixture. Like others, I doubled the amount of coffee mixture and used Disarrano Amaretto. I was too afraid of soaking the layers of lady fingers and did not quite use all of the coffee mixture - don't be afraid, it would have been the perfect amount. Also, used Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder, thought that was perfect. Don't forget to include cocoa powder as part of the layering process - directions not very clear on that. I will definitly make this again because of the ease of preparation for such a decadent dessert!

White Chili II
I thought this recipe was great. I did increase the amount of beans, blending 1/3 of the beans to add thickness. I also added some cilantro. It still came out a little thin, next time I will add a can of cream of chicken. Easy meal for a cold winter night.
