I'm living and working in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Recently I've been struck by wanderlust and am trying to save money so that I can go traveling (whether or not this will happen remains to be seen...). I love all kinds of cuisines from all over the world, with a special love of Asian food and Middle Eastern food. My favourite things to cook are generally my favourite things to eat! These include vegetable chili, tofu with peanut sauce, macaroni cheese (usually with various vegetables to try and make it a bit healthier!) and various stir fries. I'm trying to increase my repertoire of healthy, quick meals so that I can avoid the danger of ready meals! I'm also a sucker for baking but I'm trying to be healthier and avoid cakes and biscuits - if only they weren't so tasty!
