Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup
The spices and seasoning in this soup really add great flavor to a classic. I modified this by adding some frozen peas and corn and used whole wheat egg noodles to make it a little healthier. I did use more noodles than it called for because I'm not a fan of brothy soups. I accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle out of my cabinet and added a little allspice before I realized it, but it stilled turned out great. Maybe a stellar secret ingredient?
