Skiers' French Toast
I made this for work & everyone LOVED it, several people asked for the recipe. I made the recipe exactly but since I doubled it I needed to cook it a bit longer.

Pecan Pie V
This is probably the best pecan pie I've ever had, I'd never made one before, but, it couldn't have been any easier. Based on the suggestions, I added more pecans, cooked it at 350 for 10 minutes, then 300 for 55 minutes & I used a Mrs. Smith's Deep pie crust, it turned out absolutely perfect.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Wow, I finally got around to making these pancakes today, they're great! I did cut the salt and baking powder & added vanilla. They're so thick and have so much flavor you could eat them without syrup. They're so easy, definately give them a try one morning.
