Zucchini Brownies
Delicious! My grandkids couldn't get enough of them. The frosting was kind of thin, so I kept them in the frig. We all preferred them cold anyway. No need to tell anyone there's zucchini in them!

Banana Split Bars
Delicious! But don't use fat-free cream cheese or it comes out too soft.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this with chicken breasts and doubled the sauce. We had leftovers, so I made teriyaki chicken wraps. I used 1 Tbsp. melted butter and added a package of crushed ramen noodles and 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds. Baked them in a 350 oven for 10 mins. Then made the wraps by using chopped teriyaki chicken, shredded cabbage, and the noodle/sesame seed mixture. Put them in a flour tortilla shell and topped them off with a little extra teriyaki sauce. Absolutely delish!
