Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Very tasty recipe my whole family loved it. Made it according to directions. Will definatley make this again. Could easily double gravy part though so you have extra for mash potatoes. :-)

This cookie was a rel hit with my husband and children. A very nice tasting cookie, followed the directions and turned out great. Perfect amount of icing too.

Lemon Cake

This was a hit for my Mother in laws B-day. I didn't use the whipped cream topping in the recipe made a sturdy Whipped cream frosting on here. Also subbed in 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites instead of 3 egg whites. With the water I subbed part of that with 1/4 cup lemon juice. Was very moist and delicious made in a 9x13 was perfect.

This was so simple and soooooo delicious! I followed recipe but also added celery and green pepper because I lke it. Did what others suggested and topped my bowl with cheese dollop of sour cream and fritos. Yummmmmm! A keeper!

Fajita Marinade I

Excellent Marinade for fajitas!! Grilled whole breasts on the grill then sliced into strips and kept warm in skillet and was awesome. Company loved it! Saute'd peppers and onions as well to go with. MMmm.

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

This was alot of steps but very very good cheesecake. A few mishaps, I had 9 inch pan so I had little room after the main filling and realizing. So the choclate ganache on top was put on lightly and actually turned out to be just perfect. Will definatley make again. TY!
