My wife of 48 yrs. passed away in 12/05, and have been cooking for myself for a while. Love it, never had to do it before. Crock pot items and love to cook bread and give it away. Just the fact that I am learning to cook at 73 yrs old, and likeing it. I found this web site to be way above average, so easy. Sometimes substituting the rong items, oh well
