Peach-a-Berry Pie
I use frozen peaches so I can make this year round. I use 3 1 pound bags of peaches and half a bag of frozen raspberries. I also use 1/2 c white sugar & 1/4 c brown sugar. It's sucha pretty color too. Thanks for a lovely recipe.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes
I did not try this as I do not like kielbasa, but I served it at my restaurant and it was well liked by the patrons. I served it with garlic bread.

Grandma's Chocolate Pudding
Changed it to whole 12 oz can of evaporated milk and 1 cup water, so creamy and chocolatey. I also reduced the sugar to 3/4 c, just a personal preference. I used vanilla AND a tiny dash of rum extract... to those whose did not thicken... did you let it come to a full boil? No matter how LONG you cook the pudding, it will not thicken unless it comes to a full boil.
