I made this a few times and everyone LOVES it,it doesn't last more than a day in my home. I made a few changes the second time I made it, I used yellow cake mix instead of white, I added coconut flakes after I put the cherries and I used more pinapple juice instead of water(I even added alittle extra) This is the BEST pineapple upside-down recipe!
