My name is Cassie Simmons. I am in my early 20's. I love cooking for my husband and friends. I work for a bank and still try to find the time to make us a home cooked meal. Although I am still learning, I love trying new things. My favorite things to cook is pasta dishes. I am from the south so me love rice and gravy and anything with a kick to it. My husband loves mexican food and can cook pretty well. I do like to bake even thought I am not very good at it. For Christmas and Thanksgiving, my mother and grandmother always make and baked ham and rice dressing. It is something that always makes the holidays special. I have a fear of leaving a crock pot on during the day while I am at work. But a co-worker of mine gave me a great recipe for a roast and it came out great. My husband loved it. So far I haven't had any tragedies but that's not saying I'll never have one. No one is perfect.
