Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I dont like to rate a recipe when I didnt follow it exactly but I cant not rate this! Just because I hope someone with my taste takes the time to read the reviews and stumbles upon mine. And I know people with a taste opposite of mine love this recipe as it is written. All I did was substitute mayonaise for the miracle whip. And it was really sweet but a tad not tangy enough for my taste. Also I didnt have bagged coleslaw mix so I used half a cabbage and shredded a big carrot, and used a bit more onion because hubby loves it. This was just delicious the way I made it! Actually reminds me more of the salad dressing they use at teriyaki joints. I always have loved that dressing but couldn't find it anywhere for a long time. This wasn't tangy enough to taste to me like coleslaw usually does. None the less, I love this so much! And I made this last minute while waiting for ribs to be done and refrigirated the coleslaw for about 5 minutes and it was great! The sugar melted and some liquid came out. Amazing! And I dont say that unless it is absolutely great. Try it! If you like sweet, sub mayo for the miracle whip, if you like it super super sweet, follow the recipe to the T.

Homemade Manti (Traditional Turkish Dumplings)
This was perfect! I thought it might not be salty enough and added salt on top of the yogurt but turned out it was too much. Next time I'll follow the recipe exactly. I froze half the manti, will use real soon. My husband is from Kazakhstan and they make manti alot bigger and with minced pumpkin along with the meat in the filling, and they are steamed not boiled. In my opinion these were a lot better! Loved yogurt and oil.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
I thought I rated this but couldnt find my review! This is the best ever! So moist and flavorful. I used garlic salt for the salt to give it extra flavor and I think I followed everything else exactly as written but didn't add as much sugar to the ketchup mixture. And it was sweet and very yummy that way. Thanks for a great recipe, I posted a pic as well.
