Pistachio Crusted Chicken
Awesome!! Everyone in my family loved it. And that's a big accomplishment. I served this with raspberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and corn casserole. The whole meal was a success and that doesn't happen very often for me!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
I used the raspberry sauce with a different recipe (Pistachio crusted chicken). My family loved the sauce!! All went back for seconds.
