I graduated from Arizona Culinary Institute in July of 2008. I currently am not using my degree, but hope to open up my own little restaurant for supper only in my hometown of Crosby, North Dakota.
My favorite things to cook
I love making salads! Different dressings, marinades, dry rubs excite me alot! I love having big hearty meals such as steaks, lobster and finding the perfect sidedishes and sauces to go with it!. :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandfather on my mother's side is well known for the making the famous family recipe of potato sausage. It is so yummy!

Pleasing my friends and family with my awesome talent. What a great feeling!
