Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
Love this recipie. Like the substitution of ground turkey over beef. The only issue I have is that it was hard to find some of the spices at my grocery store. I ended up buying Mccormick dry seasoning pack called Chipotle Pepper and it is awesome. I still use fresh chopped red onion and cilantro...so if anyone struggles with finding or buying a ton of seasonings this is a good substitution!

Toasted Apple-Pecan Brie Sandwiches
I love this recipie. I make it as an appetizer for parties...although it is not a good one to transport cause it is best served warm and fresh. I use a whole block of brie and more slices of bread...but stick to the same amount of apples...when making it for four or more. Thanks for this awesome recipe!

Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion
I love this recipie/concept. I do change it up sometimes with the vegtables. I usually put the olive oil in the pan with some minced garlic, red onion, thawed frozen spinach, red peppers (but lately i experimented and added mushrooms and zucchini). I use a 16oz box of penne or rotini. And I usually double the gorgonzola to 8oz since the veggies soak up a lot of the cheese...and my soon to be husband loves cheese :). Hope this helps...and thanks for this great recipie!
