Tex-Mex Beef and Cheese Enchiladas
this was absolutely awesome!! my husband really liked it and he doesnt really like alot of things. there just ok. but he really liked this. i made it like the recipe except doubled the spices and used velveeta cheese in the tortillas and cheddar on the top

Grandma's Sloppy Joes
This was a good recipe. I omitted the peppers and sprinkled minced garlic in instead of the cloves. It was very good but I'm giving this four stars because it was a little greasy. I think I will make this again.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I
Mmmm... delicious for this chocoholic like me. I followed the recipe except for the chocolate, I just melted some chocolate chips. Also before I put it in the crust I added some cool whip to the mixture to make the pie fuller. Was delicious and will definately be a regular!!
