Blonde Brownies I
definitely double the recipe for a party -- they go fast. using wheat flour mixed with regular unbleached flour seemed to thicken up the batter to a better consistency

Kelly's Apple Cocoa Cake
Very moist, almost too moist. Recommend small chucks of apple for strong apple flavor. Also recommend added extra cocoa, and perhaps a chocolate frosting, or some chocolate chips in the mix for the chocolate lovers in the crowd.

Apple Muffins
Extra cinnamon and chunkier apples make this a delicious treat. My apples were cut too small, and didn't create a strong apple flavor in the muffin. The muffins were very moist...need to find a way to dry them out a bit.
