Sandy's Casserole
I've made this a few times now. I would recommend stirring the casserole about half way through so that the noodles on top get completely cooked. I've tried this recipe using broccoli instead of mushrooms and it works quite well.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken
This recipe was quick and easy and tasted great. I have to admit though, I preferred the leftovers after I pulled the remaining chicken and made sandwiches from it.
