Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
Meatloaf was good. It is a little challenge making it in the slowcooker wihout a pan. It loses some of it's shape. However, the sauce was very good. If anything I would recommend more sauce - enough so you have some to pour over the meatloaf and some on the side for dipping the meatloaf.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Really nothing to rave about. I followed the recipe to a tee and baked the chops. I also added some additional brown sugar as suggested by one of the other raters here. However, I found the marinade really not to be anything special. I feel I would have had the same effect with barbecue sauce.

Tejano Style Shrimp Cocktail
This dish was just ok. The cilantro was a little too much.
