Stuffed Shells I
We don't like ricotta cheese so we used cottage cheese. Everything else stayed the same. EXCELLENT>>>>>HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Baked Tilapia
Excellent! I had to use stewed tomatoes as I had no tomato paste but it was still very good. And I omitted green peppers because they give me indigestion. It was still very flavorfull. I'll be making this again. Everyone but my 5 year old ate it.
