Lemon Glazed Cake
Excellent. I loved the tang of the real lemon used in the glaze. A thin slice is very satisfying. I left out the food coloring. Even though the glaze was runny I preferred it to a thick sugary shell-like glaze.

Chicken with Mango-Tomato Salsa
This salsa was great. My husband, who is not a fan of salsa, loved it. I served it over rice. Later we scooped up the leftover salsa with hint of lime tortilla chips. YUMMY

Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce
We've eaten this 4 Saturdays in a row. I think it would be good with scallops too.
