Learning German cooking from my grandmother, mother and Polish cooking from Aunts and my dear mother in law My Christmas and New Years dinners are fancy but easy to make. My stuffed fish and lobster tails are a big hit. When I was first learning to cook in the first years of my marriage U could put a hole in the wall with 1 of my pork chops !!!!!!!
