Easy Quiche
Easy, very tasty, light texture. Can use variations of vegetables, or go meatless. I will make it often! Husband loved it.

Mushroom Bread Wedges
This very easy recipe has a lovely flavor. The only drawback is the crust doesn't get very crispy, but it is delicious none the less. I have made it twice during the holidays!
