Cookies and cakes are fun! On my mother's side, very oily. And with lots of meat and rice. Nasty lemon bars. There wasn't enough of the lemon layer and I'd forgotten to put in the eggs until I had already put it on the crust layer, so I quickly attempted to add the eggs in last minute. They turned out horribly thin with big white chunks of egg on top. They had not lemon taste and tasted of bad eggs.
