Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
This came out very moist and was delicious. I turned the cake onto wax paper dusted with powdered sugar and then rolled it up with no problems.

Honey Baked Chicken II
Very flavorful chicken. I am not a curry fan but it was a subtle flavor in this dish. The family says to add it to the menu rotation. I served it with egg noodles.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was easy to make and presented well. The sauce was plenty and was great on the chicken.
