Pumpkin Pancakes
Delicious. I thought they needed a little more liquid so I added 1/4 cup more of milk. The middle did not get completely done until I did. Very dense and filling. Otherwise, fantastic and worth a try.

Apple Crisp III
An easy and great dessert, followed the directions exactly, ended up baking it a full 50 minutes.

Spaghetti Squash I
I followed the directions exactly but not thrilled with the taste. I think the spaghetti squash might be better with different ingredients.
