Barengate Bay Chicken
The thinness of the sauce scared me but everyone loved it and voted to have it again in two days. I did substitute a quarter can of white cooking wine for chicken broth. I left out the lemon and it wasn't missed.

Chicken and Dumplings III
My brother loves chicken and dumplings and I was wary when he asked me to make it. I found this recipe to be easy and taste very good, and have made it several times. I followed some of the previous reviewers suggestions and used cream of chicken and mushroom instead of celery and added some frozen mixed vegetables. I would also suggest tearing the biscuits in very small pieces instead of rolling them into balls.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna
I was looking for a lasagna recipe that didn't use ricotta cheese (my brother refuses to eat it.) He absolutely loved this dish. It is a nice change from regular lasagna. The only thing I did differently was added some garlic powder, pepper and Italian seasoning to the cream cheese mixture, and also used oven ready pasta to cut down on cooking time. If you do try the oven ready pasta be sure to cover it with foil for the majority of cooking time, then for the last 10 minutes or so uncover to let the cheese get golden brown.
