Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
loved that this was easy and easy to make adaptions to. I used spelt flour, and earth balance (dairy free butter) and they turned out pretty well. i think the only thing i wasn't crazy about was the spelt taste. Will make again!

Dutch Babies II
regular dutch baby recipe like in some other cookbooks I have. Nothing spectacular, but good. hoping for one with a little more substance, but good for a simple breakfast on a cold day!
