these are very good! i didn't add in the raisins as i'm not a fan of cooked raisins. i also added in a teaspoon of baking power to help them rise a little more. they were a prefect way to use up banana's and that last little of bran in the bag.

Raspberry Fudge Balls

This recipe was yummy!! I had to make a change with the almonds do to an allergy...so i used semi-sweet coconut. They were prefect and made a lot! I think next time, I will use white chocolate.

Dad's Pad Thai

My boyfriend has an allergy to all nuts and I have been talking about making him a NUT FREE pad thai for sometime. I found this recipe and it seemed good as it didn't have peanut butter in it. Here were the changes: sesame oil instead of peanut oil and sunflower seeds instead of peanuts. It was amazing and he didn't know the difference. I did a little but I was still very pleased with the out come!! This will be made again.

Baked Zucchini Chips

Just what I was looking for! I was having friends for dinner and one of them can't eat cheese (can you image) which I normally would service as an app. So I went searching and found this! It wasn't hard to put together and it really only took 15 minutes. Will make again soon! I served it with some left over pasta sauce.
