Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
I love this! Definitely use 1/2 cup of white wine because I add other veggies like mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, and/or zucchini. I also serve drizzled with basil olive oil - YUM!

Honey-Orange Marinated Salmon
This dish is easy and delicious. I've made a few times now, sometimes with leftover canned mandarin orange segments juice (instead of regular orange juice). I double the marinade and keep half to reduce to a sauce as recommended by others - husband loves it! I have also used shallots instead of green onions, and actually prefer it that way.

Grilled Teriyaki Tuna
This was very good and easy! I did marinate for longer - close to two hours. Next time, I might try to make more marinade and keep aside to boil down for a topping as someone else suggested - not that it wasn't good bare, but I think that would be yummy too. Thanks so much!
