Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo
Made a version of this tonight for the first time and it came out really, really tasty. I had boneless, skinless chicken thighs that I sliced into strips (thirds), skipped the swiss cheese entirely, and used only one teaspoon of Parmesan. I had less chicken than the recipe called for, which made for ample sauce, so I dumped the last of the converted rice in there and voila! Hubby loved it. :)

Garlic Salmon
Not bad at all. Will make again, but with slightly less lemon next time.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
I made this for the first time yesterday, to (hopefully) impress my grandmother, father and step-mother (who is a nutritionist and foodie). It was a HIT! I am a novice cook but love using the slow cooker for meals and this worked out perfectly. The only changes I made were to substitute a can of Campbell's onion soup rather than the dry soup mix, doubled the wine, and cooked two pork tenderloins at once. Amazing! Thanks!!
