Garlic Prime Rib
My first attempt at prime rib and it was easy and excellent! I had an almost 8 lb. roast, used the full recipe for the garlic. I also used the 460/400/325 method.

Horseradish Sauce
Really good sauce. The only thing I did different was using light sour cream instead of nonfat. This tasted better after it had sat for a few hours to blend. Next time I make it, I'll probably serve it after it's been sitting out for 20 minutes or so. It was just a little too cold on the prime rib.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
Yummy recipe. The liquid didn't evaporate all the way for me (and I did uncover it), but it didn't take away from the taste at all. I liked the onions in the "sauce". Very flavorful. Chops were slightly dry but overall a tasty and easy recipe for a weeknight.
