Simple Turkey Chili
A first rate recipe.I added chick peas (personal preference) and didn't mash the kidney beans. It stretched a pound of turkey a long way.

Pleasing Potato Pie
A pleasant pie, ideal luncheon fare. As one guest is vegetarian I omitted the ham and added a little extra cheese.The next time I make this pie I will put the dish lower in the oven in the hopes of crisping up the bottom crust. My original one was some what soggy.

Green Tomato Cake
Thank you, thank you, thank you for making it possible to use up an abundance of green tomatoes.The cake is first rate.Followed the instructions to the letter. The only deviation I made was to put the batter into two 9x5 loaf pans. One to eat, the other to freeze.
