Holiday Burritos
My husband and I loved this recipe. It was simple. We decided to leave out the chiles and added some Vegetarian Stripples (an alternative to pork bacon). It tasted wonderful.

Pasta With Spinach Sauce
Wonderful does not even give this recipe justice. This recipe was so good, I had to take some over to a neighbor.
