This recipe was delicious! I made these for my brother, who LOVES chocolate, and he loved them! The only complaint I have is that they never cooked quite right. They were either burned a bit or the middle was slightly gooey. This might've been the recipe or maybe it was just my ancient griddle. :) Thanks for a GREAT recipe! I will use this again in the future, no doubt!

This recipe is great! It has the perfect flavor and an amazing scent fills up the kitchen! My mother, who normally isn't a big fan of gingerbread cookies, loved them as well. Make sure to flour your surface well each time you roll out the dough, as it can be VERY sticky. :)
