hi im cooking_mama and i am a beginner in cooking. in the past i have enjoyed cooking minor dishes but hope that in the future i can be a succesful cook.my mum has been a big insperation for me. i enjoy cooking but haven't really been doing it for long but i would have to say my favourite thing to cook would have to be a lovely victoria sponge cake. my mum has been cooking since my age she doesnt work in a restraunt but she is amazing at cooking she loves to make her traditional sunday roast dinner which she used to make for a family of 8 at my age. she also enjoys making her homemade lasagne and spaghetti bolognaise and the families favourite her chiicken and rice. my mum taught me how to make my first victoria sponge cake and it was gorgeous. i once left a cake in the oven for to long and it came out like a rock cake i was very upset as i had worked really hard on it.
