Zucchini Bread IV
Good stuff! I did the half oil half applesauce thing only cause ran out of oil. Turned out great, Had to cook a lil longer than posted...I think because my loaf pans were smaller. Loved that it made 2 loaves, have one @ home & send one off to work with my husband!

Meaty Thick Man Chili
RATING THIS AS POSTED! AWESOME!!!! Delious! 3/4c. chili powder & all! Those of you who have changed it even before trying the original, are messin with a good thing. Been looking for something like this for a long time. Thanks for the great recipe.

Basic Corn Muffins
I AM RATING RECIPE AS IT IS LISTED ABOVE!!These were easy and quick. They were good but not as moist as I was expecting. Will try again but with a different recipe.
