Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
Wow! Fantastic! The one very very minor change I did was adding a bit of cinnamon as suggested by other reviewers. I had to admit I was skeptical about pouring the sauce OVER the lattice crust (I guess I've never heard of that before) but it turned out beautiful! I usually do a lattice crust with an egg wash and a little bit of sugar to finish off my pies, but pouring the sauce over the crust was a perfect way to finish off a perfect pie.
