Prune and Olive Chicken
Awesome recipe! I cook this whenever I want to impress my guests even though it's really simple to make. I usually use chicken breasts verses a whole chicken just because it's usually all I have. I don't always marinate it and it comes out just as good and I usually double everything except the chicken because the flavor's so delicious. I highly recommend this recipe, it's delicious!

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
This recipe is the best! I make it so much I don't even need the recipe anymore. I did make a few changes: I don't usually add any bacon and I cook the sausage and onions with about 2 cloves of minced garlic to give it an extra kick. I think that the sausage you choose can make or break this soup. I use New York style hot Italian sausage rolls-it gives the soup the best flavor and makes it taste just like the restaurants. Excellent soup, everyone who tries it loves it!
