Raspberry Pie I

I vent a LOT for fruit pies so the bottom crust stays dry and flaky. Works every time. Also, I omitted the water like so many others. Golden brown from adding an egg wash, and I used a silicone pie edge shield the whole cook time. PERFECT!!!
