Slow-Cooked Short Ribs
Simply outstanding. I've never made short ribs before. I followed the recipe, but substituted BBQ sauce for chili sauce (didn't have the chili sauce). I served it with mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables. It was outstanding - amazing flavor and fall off the bone great! I'm making it again for company.
