Sausage Minestrone
I love this recipe. It is quick, easy and delicious. I use turkey hot Italian sausage to make it lighter. I add some black pepper and Italian seasoning to taste. Its a crowd pleaser and has great flavor. It requires more broth upon reheating.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this last night for the first time for a Halloween party. It had a real kick and everyone enjoyed it. I added some kidney beans and used the whole beer. It requires a big pot and reheats beautifully.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
I really love this recipe. I've used several times now with different recipes. It's easy to make and it's great when the traditional cream cheese frosting is too sweet or overpowers what it's frosting. The tips here are great. I've used powdered sugar and granulated - both work fine, but I prefer the powdered. Light delicious and hold up well. I would not pipe it.
