Teriyaki Chicken Wings
really enjoyed - even tasty the next day cold. i have a pineapple allergy so i sub'ed the pineapple for orange juice (for gluten intolerance you can sub the soya ssuce with braggs amino acids)

Easy Baklava
My first time making Baklava and it went off without a hitch! Office mates, pub mates and family loved it! Instead of doing mixed nuts I used pistachios...turned out delicious
