Basic Sourdough Bread
It is very good bread with a softer crust even when set on a medium/dark setting. I added a tablespoon of honey for sour/sweet flavoring to it. I followed the recipe exact but added a teaspoon of water during the first kneading cycle in the machine. It smells delicious too!

Bread Machine Garlic Bread
I loved it! The garlic wasn't as strong as I thought it was going to be, however, when toasted with butter melted on top the garlic flavor was phenomenal! My husband and I were discussing how delicious it would be as a hamburger roll or sliced with steak and cheese on top toasted. Yum!
