Congo Tofu
This was good but needed...something...not sure what. However, a very unique recipe - I look forward to experimenting with it in the future!

Authentic Chinese Egg Rolls (from a Chinese person)
Simply fantastic! Using the pre-chopped cole slaw from the salad aisle cut down on prep time. I served with duck sauce for dipping. These freeze well cooked, but get goopy in the fridge uncooked after a day - whoops!

Shepherd's Pie VI
I cannot rate this highly enough! Turned out great on my first attempt at ever making this! I used ground turkey instead of beef, increased the ketchup, and added a pinch of parsley to the meat. For broth I used "Better than Bullion," which I love. Added beans and peppers from the garden and - voila!
