Original Irish Cream
I love Baileys Irish Cream and I love this recipe. I used half and half instead of heavy cream and still find it to be somewhat thick - just a have to shake a little. I used cheap canadian whiskey instead of irish - still very good!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
This is the first time I made stuffed mushrooms and found it to be very easy and very good. This recipe makes too much stuffing - I made 25 small mushrooms and have enough left over to make about 15 more! I used real crab meat and only 3 sticks of butter and the mushrooms cooked perfect - not too wet - I think two sticks would be plenty.

Cheese Fondue
I served this at book club and only have a small candle lit fondue pot - so of course I cooked it on the stove first. I used the expensive cheese in the recipe and an $8 bottle of chardonnay. I doubled the recipe and shredded the cheese then I put it in a gallon ziplock bag and added the 1/4 cup of flour to the bag - then added it to the wine. It was perfect. At first I thought it was going to be a big clump but after about 30 minutes of simmering on the stove it was great.
