Best Bruschetta Ever
This is good! Mixed all the ingredients plus all the additional ones like balsamic vinegar, onions, fresh basil, fresh parsley in the mix, overnight it and put it on top of sliced italian bread that was baked at @350 in the oven for 10 mins. Delicious!

Easy Mashed Potato and Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas
this was awesome, it was a hit, though add taco seasoning before roasting the vegetables and instead of using mushrooms which my husband doesn't eat i substitute it with cauliflower for sure in order to improve the blandness of the taste but other than that it was very good. this will be a part of our meal now. thanks for sharing.

Banana Banana Bread
Just for the last 4 days I've baked this twice. My husband and children (4 and almost 2 yrs old)all love it! They're right, it's moist, full of banana flavor and very good...pay attention to one ingredient which is the over riped banana though, you cannot compromise this, it's got to be over riped in order to get the right consistency of the mixture and to get the moist after effect. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
