Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I used chicken stock instead of the water and bouillon and added 1 diced carrot. It was delicious! The kids all loved it and I think leftovers will be yummy too. The best part was how quickly it came together - about 25 minutes from start to finish!

Italian Cream Cake II
I followed the recipe exactly and found that it was MUCH to sweet, rich and dense for my family. It is a beautiful cake and my husband said he liked it. Beware - a little slice is all you need! I'm not sure that I will make this again.

Italian Wedding Soup I
Really delicious! My family loved it and my kids even said they loved all the veggies in it! I used spinach and added more broth. I also cooked the pasta separately as many people suggested. I sauted some onion and celery with the carrots first. I cooked the meatballs in the soup as the recipe says and we didn't find the soup to greasy at all. This soup came together in about 30 minutes and was a hit with the whole family. I'll definitely make it again!
