Cinnamon Ice Cream

Really delicious! The entire family loved it. Super creamy and rich. A little goes a long way.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

My husband and I really enjoyed this salad. The kids didn't like the dressing, so next time I'll leave that off of theirs. This was a really nice change from our usual tossed salad with dinner. I took the advice of others and made the dressing in the blender.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I did like many others suggested and used chicken breast rather than canned. Also layered the ingredients and baked in the oven for 25 min at 350. I used Texas Pete wing sauce and only used 3/4 cup because I was worried about it being too spicy. Next time I think I'll use a full cup. This was yummy with celery and tortilla chips. A real crowd pleaser!
