Monster Cookies V

These were good but I scaled them down quite a bit. I've made monster cookies before, but used to them spreading out more. Used chunky peanut butter & omited the peanuts.

Vodka Pasta a la Guido

This was absolutely wonderful! I used cream cheese in place of heavy cream & parmesan cheese. I also added garlic & topped off with parsley. I didn't have penne pasta, so used fettucini. Will definately make again!

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

Peanut Butter Brownies I

This was a hit with my family! I substituted 1/3 c. cocoa as suggested by another reviewer. I also substituted peanut butter chips for the chopped peanuts. Thanks!

This is a very pretty dessert bar. I followed directions & it turned out beautiful. I didn't add the chocolate icing though. These are very very sweet, so cut the bars tiny!

These were light and crumbly. My husband & I agreed next time we use a dark beer. I used butter flavored shortening & they tasted better with butter. These would be great with sausage & gravy.

Marshmallow Brownies

These are awesome! Very chewy texture, sweet, delicious! I used peanut butter chips in place of the butterscotch, 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips instead of 2. I also baked them for 35 mins. instead of 25 mins. I used a metal baking pan.

Fiery Pork Skewers

Pork Chops with Dill Pickle Marinade

The taste was good. I was shocked this didn't have a stronger dill pickle taste. Not sure if I would make this again though. I served it with buttered corn topped with parsley & cheesy scalloped potatoes.
