Tomato-Curry Lentil Stew
This recipe is proof that simple is often the best. The lentils cooked perfectly. I used about half the amount of onions and no salt, yet there was still plenty of flavor. If this isn't a heart healthy recipe, I don't know what is. Bonus: The house smelled wonderful afterwards!
